SMS messaging

If you opt in to SMS via our forms, we will send you automated text messages from ReGrid Energy related to your quote, appointment reminders, job scheduling confirmations, service status updates, and promotional offers about our products and services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is never shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.

We share information with vendors who help us operate the service (payment processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, scheduling). These vendors are contractually limited to the minimum data needed to perform their function. We may also disclose information when legally required.
