Quotes and pricing
Quotes generated through our online forms reflect our standard flat-rate pricing for the panel count and service area you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. If conditions on site differ materially from what was provided online, we will give you a revised quote before proceeding.
Scheduling and service
We schedule jobs based on availability and roofing project timing. We will provide a clear arrival window and notify you of any changes. Most jobs require access to your roof and electrical disconnect, and a clear path to the array.
Workmanship
We document every panel, mount, and electrical connection with photos before and after our work. If a problem arises that is attributable to our service, we will return at no charge to remediate within a reasonable time of the original job.

Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including delays caused by weather, the roofing contractor, or factors outside our reasonable control.
