Program description

ReGrid Energy Solutions sends automated text messages to its solar panel detach-and-reset customers, roofing partners, and operations team. Messages cover appointment reminders, job scheduling confirmations, service status updates, and occasional promotional offers about ReGrid products and services. Every recipient has an existing business relationship with ReGrid and provides their mobile number when requesting a quote or scheduling a job, and opts in with a separate, unchecked consent checkbox.

How you opt in

You can opt in to SMS in any of these ways:

On a quote or scheduling form at www.regrid.energy/get-quote, by ticking the unchecked SMS consent checkbox (shown below).
By phone, by giving verbal consent to a ReGrid representative.
In person, by giving consent to a ReGrid representative.

The consent checkbox on our forms

Our web forms present this exact opt-in. The checkbox is unchecked by default and the user must tick it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency, rates, and opt-out

Message frequency varies based on your job activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, email support@regrid.energy, or call (833) 4DETACH.
