Most roofers will not touch live solar, and most solar companies do not do roofs. ReGrid sits in the middle: we line up a vetted roofing crew and safely remove and reset your panels so the roof gets fixed right. One point of contact instead of juggling contractors.

That gap between the roofer and the solar company is where homeowners get stuck after a storm. ReGrid runs the whole loop so nothing falls through the cracks.
Quick call or photos. We look at the roof, the panels, and how they connect, then map the fastest path to a dry, fixed roof.
We line up a vetted local roofing crew and safely detach your panels before they start, so nothing gets cracked or voids your warranty.
New roof goes on, then we reinstall and re-commission your solar so you are back to full production. Want outage protection too? We can add battery backup.
Microbursts lift shingles and tiles, driving rain finds the gap, and a small leak becomes attic and ceiling damage within a season. Catching it early keeps a repair from turning into a full tear-off.
The same storms knock the grid out for hours or days. If we are already on your roof, it is the right moment to ask whether battery backup makes sense so the next outage is a non-event.

“Great company to partner with! They handled a solar detach and reset for us during an HVAC and roofing job for our customer. They were fast, professional, and made the whole project effortless for us. Will absolutely work with them again on other projects.”
“I was so stressed trying to find someone who could reset my solar while I was getting my roof replaced and ReGrid made the process SO easy and hands off for me. Couldn't recommend more! 10 stars! Thank you so much!”
“ReGrid Energy Solutions exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and delivered exactly what they promised. Their attention to detail and customer service truly set them apart. I highly recommend.”
“Over 30 years in the real estate industry i have found inspections are crucial. I started having ReGrid inspect solar systems making sure that they are operating and performing properly. Most buyers do not have experience reading solar electric bills and the only way you can determine performance is calling an expert.”
“Great price, great service, and easy process. Highly recommend!”
“I can't say enough about ReGrid. We have had rooftop solar panels for sixteen years, whole-home batteries for four years and a water heater on the roof since 1985. When it finally became necessary to replace our roof, I was pleasantly suprised to find one company who would coordinate with our roofing contractor to handle the disconnection, removal and reinstallation of all of our solar equipment, regardless of the manufacturer. ReGrid's project coordination was absolutely seamless. The photovoltaic panels were removed on Thursday, the water heater was removed on Friday, the tear-off and partial reshingle of the roof was completed on Saturday and the water heater was reinstalled on Sunday. We actually had running hot water again by 6:00 PM Sunday evening. The batteries and rails were reconnected and the photovoltaic panels were reinstalled and recommissioned only two days later -- once the rest of the roof was completed. It was an amazing ballet of contractors, engineers, technicians and managers all working together to complete a very complicated project in record time. I can highly recommend ReGrid if you want to simplify your life. They are the supreme solution to any solar roofing project.”
No. We coordinate vetted local roofing partners and handle the solar side ourselves: removing your panels before the roof work and reinstalling them after. You get one team managing both so nothing falls through the cracks.
It depends on your system size and roof. We give you a clear number up front during the free review, before any work starts. No surprise line items.
Often, yes. Storm roof damage is a common covered claim. We can document the damage and coordinate with your roofer so the timing lines up. We are not your adjuster, but we make the contractor side simple.
Your solar goes back on and gets re-commissioned a few days after the new roof is finished, usually three to seven days after the roof work depending on the crew's schedule and inspections. We keep you in the loop the whole time.
Then skip the roof and ask us about battery backup. A home battery keeps your fridge, internet, and AC running through a monsoon outage, silently, with no generator. Just say so when we call.
A small leak gets worse every rain. Leave your details and a real person calls you back fast, no pressure and no obligation.
