Does it work when the sun isn't out?+
Yes. The unit switches to grid power at night or on cloudy days automatically. You never feel it. When it is partly cloudy, it blends both seamlessly.
Will it actually cool at 115 degrees?+

Do I need more panels on my existing array?+
No. The mini-split comes with its own dedicated panels that wire directly to the unit. Your main solar system stays untouched.

The residential solar credit sunset 12/31/2025. A CPA can tell you if this install qualifies under a different credit (home energy efficiency, heat pump, or commercial if applicable). We do not give tax advice.
What's the install process?+
One day for most homes. Our licensed install network mounts the panels, runs the DC line, installs the indoor head and outdoor condenser, and commissions everything. If we are already on your roof for a detach and reset, the mobilization fee goes away.
Can I control it from my phone?+
Yes. Wi-Fi app control. Schedule, temperature, modes, usage stats. Remote on/off.
What is the warranty?+
5-year limited parts warranty on the compressor and all parts. ENERGY STAR and AHRI certified. Installed by our licensed install network, which keeps the warranty intact (DIY installs void it).
