Solar Panel Removal &
Reinstall
Goodyear's growth chart looks like Buckeye's but lands in different neighborhoods. Estrella and PebbleCreek anchor most of what we do here.
What solar D&R looks like in Goodyear.
Goodyear gained roughly 22,000 residents from 2020 to 2024 per US Census data, putting it in the top five Arizona growth cities in raw numbers. Estrella, south of the Gila River and against the Sierra Estrella foothills, is the dominant master plan with about 21,000 residents across Lucero, Montecito, Mountain Ranch, and the CantaMia 55-plus village. PebbleCreek is the active-adult anchor on the north side, with 54 holes of championship golf and a fully-built-out tile-roof housing stock. Palm Valley sits north of I-10 with mixed housing across 9,000 acres. Goodyear was selected alongside Oro Valley as one of two Arizona communities for the SolarAPP+ pilot, which has accelerated permit turnaround for new solar interconnection in the city specifically.
Goodyear work is heavy on Estrella and PebbleCreek tile resets. Estrella's mid-2000s build-out is now hitting its first underlayment cycle, and the typical job is a 28-to-40-panel array on tile, often with HOA palette constraints because Estrella's design review is meaningful. PebbleCreek work skews smaller-array and tighter-schedule because the active-adult homeowners want minimal disruption. Palm Valley work looks more like Avondale: shingle reroofs, smaller arrays, faster turnaround. We also handle a steady volume of bird-guard work in PebbleCreek where pigeon nesting is endemic.
Goodyear partner roofers cluster in the West Valley with a mix of CR-42 specialists and Valley-wide production crews. Several have hundreds of PebbleCreek reroofs in their portfolio because the community's age and density mean the same shops have been running rotations there for over a decade.
Goodyear covers zip codes 85338 in central Goodyear, 85395 in PebbleCreek and Palm Valley, and parts of the southern 85338 corner for Estrella. I-10, Loop 303, and Estrella Parkway anchor most route plans. The MLB spring training complex (Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds), the Estrella Mountain Regional Park, and the planned State Route 30 are reliable landmarks. Schools cover Litchfield Elementary, Avondale Elementary along the boundary, Buckeye Union High, and Agua Fria Union.
